上海宝华国际招标有限公司(以下称招标机构)受宝钢工程技术集团有限公司(以下称买方)委托,就其马钢冷轧总厂新建6#热镀锌机组-退火炉设备所需的下列货物进行公开招标,邀请合格投标人进行网上电子投标。

(1)退火炉机械设备
1)最大工艺段速度:GI按180m/min设计,Al-Si 按150m/min设计。
2)退火炉最大加热能力按2.5mm*70m/min,退火炉温度780℃设计。
3)产能计算时不考虑汽车外板,但退火炉具备汽车外板生产能力。
4)快冷段需满足DP780/980/1180工艺路径2所需的冷却速率,采用喷气冷却,氢气浓度由投标方确定。
5)快冷后TDS段配置炉内冷却器,用于DP780/980/1180工艺路径1,将带钢从快冷出口520℃冷却至460℃,快冷出口至TDS冷却器前带钢保温时间≥8s。
6)DP780~DP1180产能计算时,按工艺路径1考虑。退火炉内配置感应加热器,用于DP780/980/1180工艺路径2的生产。感应加热器功率4300kW,并提供工艺路径2生产时的规格速度表,感应加热器耐温等级需按铝硅产品设计。
7)辐射管加热段设置独立的氧化腔室,氧化腔室内具备加氧和增湿两种功能。设计需保证氧化腔室内气氛良好的均匀性及与其他炉体之间的密封性。
8)辐射管加热段及均热段各腔室设置独立的加湿器及露点检测探头,实现露点自动控制功能。
9)带钢均热温度控制精度必须达到目标温度±5℃,带钢冷却温度控制精度必须达到目标温度±5℃。
10)对于所有钢种的冷却速度必须做到连续可调。
11)退火炉应采用先进、成熟、可靠、符合环保要求的工艺技术和设备。在保证产品大纲规定的前提下,其产品质量、能源介质消耗及辅助材料消耗等技术经济指标要达到国际先进企业标准。
12)退火炉设备由预热段、辐射管加热段(含氧化腔)、均热段、缓冷段、快冷段、热张紧辊室、炉鼻子组成。
(2)电气仪表自动化和工业电视设备
1)传动采用全数字式矢量控制和V/F控制、AC恒速控制的交流调速方式。
2)自动化系统,采用高速可靠的网络系统,开放式的人机界面系统(HMI)。
3)采用先进的、可靠的电加热设备。
4)配置事故电源。
5)常规控制要求配置有温度、压力、流量、液位和电导率等仪表。
6)检测要求配有雷达式CPC、张力检测仪、辐射高温计、扫描式高温计、火焰监视控制系统和氧、氢、露点、CO检测等仪表。
7)炉子通过PLC控制系统实现自动控制。
8)采用数学模型控制。
9)所提供的硬件、系统软件、中间软件、应用软件应成熟可靠,并提供正版授权。
10)在退火炉必要位置上配置工业电视高温摄像装置,信号在操作室内相应的监视器上显示,监视器不属于投标人的供货范围。
11)退火炉PLC与BCU之间的通信,要求采用Profinet通讯协议。

1)The max process speed: GI:180m/min, Al-Si:150m/min.
2)The maximum heating capacity of the annealing furnace is designed to be 2.5mm * 70m/min at 780 ℃.
3)When calculating production capacity, the outer panel sheet is not considered, but the annealing furnace has the capacity to produce outer panels sheet.
4)The rapid cooling section needs to meet the cooling rate required for process path 2 of DP780/980/1180.The hydrogen concentration is determined by the seller.
5)After rapid cooling, the Exit section is equipped with an gas cooler for DP780/980/1180 process path 1, which cools the strip from 520℃ to 460℃. The holding time of the strip from the rapid cooling outlet to the TDS gas cooler is ≥8 seconds.
6)When calculating the production capacity of DP780~DP1180, it should be considered according to process path 1. The annealing furnace is equipped with an induction heater for the production of DP780/980/1180 process path 2. The power of the induction heater is 4300kW, the bidder supply the production table of DP780/980/1180 process path 2, and the temperature resistance level of the induction heater needs to be designed according to the aluminum-silicon product.
7)An independent oxidation chamber is equipped in the heating section , the oxidation chamber has two functions: oxygenation and humidification. The design needs to ensure good uniformity of the atmosphere in the oxidation chamber and good tightness form other chambers.
8)Each chamber of the heating section and soaking section is equipped with an independent humidifier and independent dew point detector to realize the automatic control function of dew point.
9)The soaking temperature control accuracy of strip steel must reach the target temperature ±5°C, and the cooling temperature control accuracy of strip steel must reach the target temperature ±5°C.
10)The cooling rate must be continuously adjustable for all steel grades.
11)The process technology and equipment adopted in the annealing furnace and alloying furnace should be advanced, mature, reliable and meet the environmental protection requirement. (Note: can produce GI and Al-Si products). Under the premise that the product program can be ensured, the technical and economic indicators such as quality of products, consumption of energy media and auxiliary material should reach the advanced level of the lead company's criterion in the world.
12)The annealing furnace equipment is composed of a preheating section, a radiant tube heating section (including an oxidation chamber), a soaking section, a slow cooling section, a rapid cooling section, Exit section and a furnace snout.
(2)Electrical, instrument, computer and ITV of annealing furnace
1)The electrical drives adopts full digital vector control, V/F control and AC constant speed control.
2)The three-electric integrated automation system adopts a high-speed and reliable network system and an open human-machine interface system (HMI).
3)Adopt advanced and reliable electric heating equipment.
4)Configure the accident power supply.
5)Conventional control requires instruments for temperature, pressure, flow, level, and conductivity.
6)The detection requirements are equipped with radar CPC, tension detector, pyrometer, scanning pyrometer, flame monitoring and control system, oxygen, hydrogen, dew point, CO detection and other instruments.
7)The furnace control is automatically controlled by the PLC control system
8)Furnace mathematical model should be supplied
9)The hardware, system software, intermediate software, and application software provided should be mature and reliable.And genuine authorization should be provided.
10)The industrial high-temperature camera device is equipped in the necessary position of the annealing furnace, and the signal is displayed on the corresponding monitor in the operation room, the monitor does not belong to the the bidder’s scope of supply.
11)The communication between the annealing furnace PLC and the BCU requires the Profinet communication protocol.
