1）电机7000Kw@60/200rpm，减速箱速比ir=2。因此，按60%分配，每个传动轴的扭矩为1337KNm。电机长期过载115%电机过载扭矩为160%，持续120秒，切断扭矩200%；
2）F0主轴所有齿面需要渗碳处理；
3）所供F0主轴应与已安装的F1和F2-F3主轴安装尺寸完全一致；
4）主轴应有耐磨衬套和导向衬套，主轴设计有独立的顶头和顶板，主轴采用中间齿设计；
5）主轴设计传递扭矩满足：在1.27度时T≥3700KNm；

（3）本项目热连轧机精轧机组弧形齿主传动轴选用西马克、X-TEK、雷勃、GGT或相当的品牌（供应商）。如果选用“或相当”品牌（供应商）的，替代品必须实质上满足或超过招标文件要求，且投标时须提供充分材料供评委会评审，不提供证明材料的或证明材料不具说服力的，视同未达到“或相当”要求，投标人如为代理商需获得设备制造商针对本项目的独家授权；
（4）投标人或主传动轴设备制造商应具有自2018年1月至投标截止日内热连轧机（1780mm及以上）鼓形齿主传动轴供货业绩。
Spindles Change the description
1)Motor 7000Kw@60/200rpm, gear box reduction ratio ir = 2. As a result, the torque of each spindle is 1337KNM based on distribution ratio of 60%. Under long-term overload of 115%;motor overload torque is 160% for 120 seconds, and the cut-off torque is 200%;
2)Carburizing treatment is required for all tooth surfaces of F0 spindle;
3)The supplied F0 spindle shall exactly agree with the mounting size of the installed F1 and F2-F3 spindle;
4)The spindle shall have wear bushing and guide bushing. The spindle is designed with separate head and top plate, and intermediate gear;
5)The designed transmitted torque of the spindle shall be subject to: T≥3700KNm at 1.27°.

In the case that the equivalent manufacturer is selected, the substitute shall substantially comply with or go more than the specifications in the tendering documents, and the bidder shall provide sufficient evidences for the bid evaluation. The equivalent product without evidences or unconvincing is deemed as unconformity. If the bidder is an agent, they need to obtain exclusive authorization from the equipment manufacturer for this project;
(4) The bidder or the spindle manufacturer has references for the spindle with curved tooth in hot strip mill plants (1780mm and above) from January 2018 to the bid deadline.
