四、投标人资质要求
4. Bidder qualification requirements
1、投标人为在泰国注册的独立法人公司；
1. The bidder is an independent legal person company registered in Thailand;
2、公司成立2021年1月1日以前（最少3年以上），注册资金为200万泰铢以上；
2. The company was established before January 1, 2021 (at least 3 years or more), with a registered capital of more than 2 million baht;
3、投标人具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉，没有处于被责令停业或破产状态，且资产未被重组、接管和冻结；
3. The bidder has good bank credit and business reputation, has not been ordered to suspend business or went bankrupt, and its assets have not been reorganized, taken over or frozen;
4、投标人法人、股东和业务人员不能在美的集团已有黑名单中，不允许例外申请;
4. The bidder’s legal persons, shareholders and business personnel cannot be on Midea Group’s existing blacklist, and exception applications are not allowed;
5、投标人近5年内完成过至少一个泰国当地合同金额1000万泰铢以上的工程项目。
5. The bidder has completed at least one local project in Thailand with a contract value of more than 10 million baht in the past five years.
