澄清公告（第1号）
各潜在报价人：
根据采购人要求，现对竞谈文件的内容作如下澄清/补遗/修正：
一、谈判文件附件《附件2、J0364A0-MR-100320-004衬里管管件技术规定》中以下条款删除。
12) The winning enterprise is required to consider the adhesion between the PTFE
pipe and the inner wall of the steel pipe, and shall be treated by sodium
naphthalene treatment technology; In order to ensure that the PTFE lined pipe
could withstand negative pressure, high temperature, no bulging, no deformation,
stable performance, durable characteristics, and meet the requirements of waste
acid water transportation.
要求中标企业考虑钢衬聚四氟乙烯管线与钢管内壁粘合性，应进行萘钠处理技术；
以保证钢衬聚四氟乙烯管线能耐负压、耐高温、四氟内衬不起鼓、不变形、性能稳
定、经久耐用的特性，满足废酸水输送要求。
竞谈文件其他内容不做调整。
若此澄清与竞谈文件或之前发出的澄清不一致，以此澄清为准。
