2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：关境外设备： CIF 天津港；关境内设备：太钢不锈钢项目现场
交货时间：关境外设备：合同签定后14个月 （FOB）；关境内设备：合同签定后16个月（DDP 货到现场)
