2.2 招标范围:
项目招标范围:向全球代理招标,英文能作为工作语言。
项目招标地点:中国杭州
服务内容:运营极氪EM(ZEEKR International)海外社交媒体账户(包括LinkedIn、Instagram、Facebook、YouTube、X)。其中,包括提供平台策略与传播报告、进行内容制作与发布、舆情监控、红人合作和社区运营等;为极氪其它海外市场社媒运营工作提供技术支持。
2.3 项目周期:2024年5月-2025年5月
3.投标人资格条件
3.1 要求投标人具备以下条件:(案例重要性大于投标人条件)
3.1.1专注于数字营销,对海外社交媒体布局和策略有深刻理解。在该行业有两年及以上的从业经验,且在中国设有办事处且拥有全球运营团队。
3.1.2 具备中国或全球主流汽车品牌的社媒运营经验(如蔚来、极星、宝马等);同时具备知名生活消费品牌(如耐克、露露乐蒙、爱彼迎等)或知名技术消费品牌(如Klarna、小米、宏碁、大疆、科沃斯等)的社媒运营经验。
3.1.3具备为品牌创作高格调内容的经验和能力。
3.1.4拥有广泛的全球 KOL/KOC 数据库,且能够与符合品牌形象的创作者开展有效合作。
3.1.5在社区建设、社区受众识别与挖掘方面拥有丰富经验,能够提升原生互动率与UGC数量。
3.1.6具有创建全球和地区社媒运营标准 SOP的经验,以实现极氪品牌全球形象一致性。
3.1.7在定向营销方面,拥有从规划到复盘阶段的完整实操经验。
3.1.8有至少1位驻场员工为极氪总部提供前期支持以及线上活动支持。(具体驻场时间根据实际情况而定)
3.2 参标案例需求
3.2.1提供≥1个中国或全球主流汽车品牌(如极星、蔚来、宝马等)的海外社媒运营案例;1个生活消费品牌(如耐克、露露乐蒙、爱彼迎等) 或科技品牌(如Klarna、小米、宏碁、大疆、科沃斯等)的海外社媒运营案例,服务周期:≥1 年。
(以上案例中需要包括Instagram和Facebook两个平台的优质社媒内容实例,以体现内容制作能力。)
3.2.2提供≥1个KOL/KOC合作全案案例,其中需包含合作成果复盘内容。
3.3 案例时间要求:2020年1月以后
3.4 提供团队架构、拟派团队成员简历资料,团队核心成员须参与讲标。
3.5 提交材料要求:
3.5.1提供完整合同原件扫描件,合同请扫描成一份PDF文件,严禁分成一张张图片上传。完整合同扫描件需体现甲乙方名称、服务内容,合同周期、甲乙方印章,价格部分可隐藏。合同扫描件命名要求:XXXX公司+XXXX公司合作合同。
3.5.2运营案例(至少两个):请以 XXXX公司+XXXX公司合作方案形式命名。
3.5.3 KOL/KOC合作全案案例:请以XX公司-XX KOL/KOC合作全案案例命名。
备注:请供应商务必按照要求提交案例材料,如因供应商提交的材料不符合要求而造成供应商被淘汰,招标方不承担任何责任。
3.6 投标人不得存在下列情形之一:
(1) 被责令停业的;
(2) 被吉利集团列入黑名单的;
(3) 被暂停或取消投标资格的;
(4) 财产被接管或冻结的;
(5) 有骗取中标、严重违约、重大质量或安全问题的;
(6) 法律法规限定的其他情形。
3.7 本次招标不接受联合体投标。
3.8 本次招标不接受转包或分包。
4. 投标报名
4.1 注册
4.1.1 *有意参加招标的投标人,请在吉利集团招标采购平台注册 (https://glzb.geely.com). 您可以点击平台网站首页的“下载供应商服务手册”,查看吉利电子采购招标平台运营手册(供应商方),投标人按手册要求进行注册。 认证完成后,注册成功。供应商根据公开项目的申请要求上传他们的数据。申请人未按规定提出申请的,投标将被视为无效.。
4.1.2 *报名截止日期:2024 – 04-10 22:00。
4.1.3 如果您无法在吉利集团招标采购平台完成注册,可以点击平台首页右下角的在线客服咨询。
4.2 报名资料
报名截止前,将申请材料上传到吉利集团招标采购平台。报名材料包括但不限于以下内容:
三证合一的营业执照复印件或海外税号过往项目业绩证明和支持材料(提供过往合同的扫描件及运营案例,涉及机密部分可隐去。参考3.5)公司概况以及履约能力说明(需含公司规模、经营范围ppt或pdf版本)近两年的财务报表
对以上所需的提交材料请务必认真整理、一一对应,做好分类和编号,以便于招标方资质审核。
5. 投标流程
报名截止后,招标方对所有报名单位进行资格审核,审核通过后发放招标文件。
6. 招标公告发布
本项目招标将在吉利集团招标采购平台glzb.geely.com上公布,其他再次打印的本招标公告均无效。

2.1 Project
Bidding scope: global agency bidding, English can be used as the working language
Location: Hangzhou, China
In order to increase ZEEKR's overseas awareness and strengthen ZEEKR's overseas branding, the Zeekr EM department will strengthen the full matrix operation of the headquarter's overseas account (ZEEKR International). At the same time, in order to establish a consistent global brand image, it is necessary to provide appropriate operational support for ZEEKR's social media accounts in overseas markets.
2.2 Tender Scope
End-to-end social media marketing and management services for ZEEKR International to upgrade and enhance ZEEKR International’s digital presence. Approach should apply TTL marketing tactics to widen reach, while also targeting specific high-value audiences by leveraging market research and segmentation techniques. Guide and support ZEEKR regions to build consistent global brand identity and empower local execution. This will involve a combination of account monitoring, training, and “help-desk” support. Regular and frequent communication with regional points-of-contact – including reasonable ad-hoc requests is expected.
We invite capable suppliers to engage with ZEEKR EM as part of our competitive process.
2.3 Project duration:2024.5 - 2025.5Bid Requirements
3.1 The bidders are required to meet the following qualifications:
3.1.1 Digital marketing-focused agency, with a deep understanding of the SM landscape and strategy, and three or more years of experience in social media operation. Having a global operations team and a local China presence.
3.1.2 Experience with top automotive brands (China or Global) is essential (e.g. Polestar, NIO, BMW, etc.); also need to have experience working with consumer lifestyle brands (e.g. Nike, Lululemon, Airbnb, etc.), or technology-focused consumer brands (e.g. Klarna, Xiaomi, Acer, DJI, Ecovacs, etc.).
3.1.3 Experience with creating content for brands with premium tone and aesthetic.
3.1.4 Extensive global pool of KOLs and KOCs; can deliver effective collaborations with creators and influencers that align with brand identity.
3.1.5 Experience in effective community-building, identifying and tapping into social communities to increase authentically engage and generate UGC.
3.1.6 Experience with creating SOPs for regional and global standardization to facilitate consistency (e.g. playbooks)
3.1.7 Knowledge and experience in targeted paid media buy planning and execution
3.1.8 Has at least one in-house expert to provide timely support to ZEEKR HQ. (The exact in-house time shall be upon request.)
3.2 Requirements for Bidding Cases (Cases are weighted more strongly than bidders' qualifications.)
3.2.1 Provide ≥ 1 operation case of top automotive brands (e.g. Polestar, NIO, BMW, etc.); and 1 case of consumer lifestyle brands (e.g. Nike, Lululemon, Airbnb, etc.) or technology-focused brands (e.g. Klarna, Xiaomi, Acer, DJI, Ecovacs, etc.) Service cycle: ≥ 1 year
(Examples of quality social media content on both Instagram and Facebook need to be included in the above examples to demonstrate the content production capability.)
3.2.2 Provide≥1 KOL/KOC cooperation full case, which should contain the cooperation performance review.
3.3 Case time requirement: after January 2020
3.4 Provide team structure and resume of proposed team members. Core team members must participate in the bidding.
3.5 Submission requirements:
3.5.1 Provide a scanned copy of the original complete contract, the contract should be scanned into a PDF file. It is strictly prohibited to divide into a picture to upload. The scanned copy of the complete contract should reflect the name of Party A and B, work scope, contract period, and seal of Party A and B, (the price part can be hidden). Naming requirement of the scanned contract: XXXX company + XXXX company cooperation contract;
3.5.2 Operation cases: please name in the form of XXXX company + XXXX company cooperation program;
3.5.3 KOL/KOC cooperation case: please name the case in the form of XXXX company + XXXX KOL/KOC cooperation case.
Remarks: Suppliers are requested to submit the case materials according to the above requirements. The bidding party will not bear any responsibility if the supplier is eliminated because the materials submitted by the supplier do not meet the requirements.
3.6 The bidder shall not be in any of the following situations:
Required to cease business;Being blacklisted by Geely Holding Group;Suspended or disqualified from bidding;Property is taken over or frozen;Any fraudulent bidding, serious breach of contract, major quality or safety problems;Other circumstances limited by laws and regulations.
3.7 This tender does not accept joint bidding.
3.8 This tender does not accept subcontracting.
4. Bidding Registration
4.1 Application
4.1.1 * For those bidders who wish to participate in the bidding, please register with the Geely Holding Group bidding procurement platform (https://glzb.geely.com). You can click on the “Download Supplier Service Manual” on the homepage of the platform website to view the Geely Electronic Procurement Bidding Platform Operation Manual (Supplier Side), the bidder shall register according to the requirements of the manual. After the certification is completed, the registration is successful. The supplier uploads their data according to the application requirements of the announced project. If the applicant fails to apply in this way, the bid shall be deemed invalid.
4.1.2 *Bidding deadline:2024 – 04 – 10 22:00
4.1.3 If you are unable to complete the registration in the Geely Holding Group bidding procurement platform, you can click the online customer service solution in the lower right corner of the platform homepage.
4.2 Application Material
The application materials will be uploaded to the Geely Holding Group bidding procurement platform before the registration deadline. The registration materials include but are not limited to the following:
A copy of the business license or overseas tax numberProof of past project performance and supporting materials (Refer to 3.5)Company profile and statement of capability. Company scale and business scope should be included (PPT or PDF version).Financial reports for the past two years
5. Bidding Process
5.1 After the application deadline, all qualified applicants will move on to the preliminary examination phase, those who have passed will move on to the final examination phase and should provide their bidding documents in due time;
6. Tender Announcement
This project tender will be announced on the Geely Group bidding procurement platform glzb.geely.com, and other reprints of this announcement are invalid.
